Private or Small Group Yoga Lessons ~
In addition to my schedule of public group classes, I also offer private or semi-private yoga instruction for people interested in working with me one-on-one to get the most out of their personal yoga experience.
If you are new to yoga, returning to yoga, or an experienced yogi interested in deepening your practice you can always benefit from private yoga sessions.
With private classes you can gain confidence, answer questions, receive personalized guidance, and hands on adjustments tailored to your individual needs.
Let’s customize and tailor your yoga session to your physical abilities and personal needs.
We can work on honing specific poses, sequences, or how to properly modify in order to allow your practice to evolve as your body opens up. I can also help you add arm balances and inversions to your practice.
Are you recovering from an injury or illness? Working one on one with me can help you practice safely while allowing your body to heal and without hindering the healing process.
You may want to develop a home yoga or meditation practice and our work together will help to cultivate a truly personal practice that you can take with you anywhere.
If you are interested in learning Pranayama breathing and meditation techniques, you can use a private class to practice these together.
